Pathward is seeking a Senior Leader to head the Asset Management department for Equipment Finance. This hybrid role requires overseeing valuations, policy development, and team performance across multiple asset types.

You will manage lease returns, end-of-lease activities, and collections, while coordinating appraisals and third-party networks. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• 8+ years of experience with a bachelor's or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
• Expertise in collateral valuation across multiple asset types.
• Proven negotiation and people-management abilities.

Mansioni

• Oversee machinery and equipment collateral valuations and pricing.
• Develop collateral policies and procedures for Equipment Finance.
• Lead Asset Management team and oversee lease returns and payoffs.
• Manage equipment remarketing via third-party networks.
• Oversee collateral reviews and impairment testing.
• Coordinate appraisals and inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
