Qualifications

• Ownership of a services offering with accountability for revenue, growth and margin.
• Deep credibility in multi-vendor asset, instrument or field service operations within regulated (GxP) environments, including relocation.
• Track record of designing and launching new services and scaling them to profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of the practice globally, including revenue, growth and profit.
• Define the offering strategy and multi-year roadmap grounded in market assessment, competitive analysis and customer evidence.
• Own go to market and sales enablement, including positioning, qualification criteria, proposal content, pricing guardrails and training.
• Recruit, lead and develop a high calibre team of Subject Matter Experts and technical functions.
