Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Director of Business Transformation focused on leading enterprise transformation initiatives and AI-enabled operating models. This role aligns strategy with execution, partnering with senior leaders to realize growth, efficiency, and improved customer experience.

The candidate will drive governance, metrics, and adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization, embedding changes into operating models and shaping overall transformation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred and certifications related to business transformation and/or AI preferred.
• Ten (10+) years of experience leading large-scale business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leads enterprise or business unit–wide transformation programs.
• Shapes transformation strategy and translates priorities into roadmaps.
• Sponsors large-scale AI-enabled process redesign and technology enablement.
• Partner with VPs and executives to align priorities and outcomes.
• Establishes governance, metrics and benefit realization frameworks.
• Drives data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Ensures transformation outcomes are embedded into operating models.
• Serves as trusted advisor with executive presence.
