A senior leader will sponsor large-scale initiatives and partner with executive teams. The position requires a Master’s degree (preferred) and 10+ years of transformation leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads enterprise or business-unit–wide transformation programs aligned with objectives.
• Shapes transformation strategy and translates priorities into roadmaps.
• Sponsors large-scale AI-enabled process redesign and technology initiatives.
• Partners with VPs and executives to align priorities and resources.
• Establishes governance, metrics, and benefit realization frameworks.
• Drives data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
