Job summary

Mercer Advisors is seeking a Director, New Partner Success to lead post-close value creation for acquired wealth firms. You will manage 8–10 firms, drive integration plans, and partner with senior leadership to ensure growth and client outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years in wealth management, strong relationship and commercial skills, and readiness to lead through complex integration. Remote work is offered with national scope and incentives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in wealth management or financial services
• Demonstrated experience driving commercial outcomes in a client-facing role
• Familiarity with the RIA or independent advisory space preferred
• Experience navigating organizational change or post-merger integration
• People leadership experience or readiness

Responsibilities

• Lead post-close value creation plans for assigned firms and drive growth
• Manage a portfolio of 8–10 firms across integration stages
• Coordinate pre-LOI diligence, LOI meetings, and business introductions
• Monitor milestones and resolve business escalations during integration
• Collaborate cross-functionally with partners and leaders to ensure smooth transitions
