Job summary

Vector Security seeks a Director of Network Operations to lead the VSNs MNS Operations, overseeing design/engineering, project management, NOC, and installation. You will collaborate across divisions to drive strategic decisions and KPI delivery.

You will manage budget, pricing, and cost reductions while steering organizational development and training. This role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional partnership in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Executive Management, Business Management, Communications, and/or related field preferred.
• 12+ years of management experience with industry financial background.
• Computer literacy with MS Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make sound personnel decisions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Financial: maintain budgeted profit margins, lead pricing and cost-reduction initiatives, attend monthly Financial Reviews.
• Operational/Process: develop operational infrastructure for Installation, Engineering, Billing, AP, Procurement, NOC Services and Technical Services; implement initiatives.
• Employee: performance management, recruitment, team atmosphere, promote Vector values and culture.
• Accounting: collaborate with accounting management, streamline processes for efficiency.
• Customer: attend sales appointments, assist sales in evaluating new business, ensure customer satisfaction.
• Other: attend industry trade shows.
