Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Director, Process & Operations Management within the Medical and Scientific Affairs team. The role focuses on portfolio strategy, governance, and program delivery across global MSA initiatives, with remote-work options considered on a case-by-case basis.

Located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL or other US locations, this senior leader collaborates with Finance, Legal, and regional teams to optimize value and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• PM certifications such as PMP/PgMP/Lean Six Sigma/ Agile or comparable.

Responsabilités

• Unify business, platform, and functional priorities into an MSA portfolio that enables governance decisions on dependencies and trade-offs.
• Lead portfolio intake, prioritization, sequencing, stage gate milestone planning & tracking, and investment recommendations using transparent criteria.
• Define governance forums, decision rights, escalation pathways, and leadership operating rhythms across enterprise, platform, function, and region.
• Prepare executive portfolio reviews that clearly frame progress, trade-offs, risks, decisions, resource needs, and expected value.
