You will manage Trial Managers, Site Managers and CTAs, ensuring timely delivery of ED&CP trials across multiple therapeutic areas while maintaining regulatory compliance and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences.
• Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience in pharma/ CRO; ED&CP preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop teams.
• Experience with ICH-GCP, budgets, scheduling, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead line management of Trial Managers, Site Managers, CTAs and others.
• Oversee ED&CP budget, feasibility, and study placement across therapeutic areas.
• Ensure inspection readiness and regulatory compliance for trials.
• Drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
