Model N, a leader in revenue optimization and compliance, seeks a Director of Medicaid Operations for a fully remote role. You will shape delivery, drive efficiency, and lead a high-performing team across regions while advancing regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

You will partner with product teams to drive system enhancements and the adoption of AI and automation, ensuring change management and robust data governance across Medicaid rebate processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• 10+ years in pharma with Medicaid agreements; leadership and client relationships.
• Proven people leadership; builds high-performing teams with accountability.
• Demonstrated change leadership; drives process improvement and transformation.
• Medicaid rebates expertise and best-practice governance.
• Experience with Medicaid rebate systems and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple client assignments under deadlines.
• Deep data understanding and strong analytical skills for client-ready deliverables.
• Willingness to travel 10-20% and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Experience using generative AI tools to improve productivity.

Aufgaben

• Own delivery processes and outputs that demonstrate service value to clients.
• Drive efficiency, lead change, and champion best practices across the group.
• Review Medicaid rebate deliverables for quality, accuracy, and SLA adherence.
• Oversee contract setup and data management within Model N systems.
• Ensure SOC controls and internal processes are followed.
• Serve as Medicaid SME, sharing best practices with clients and leadership.
• Identify regulatory changes and educate stakeholders on impacts.
• Lead a high-performing Medicaid operations team and foster accountability.
• Coach and develop talent; promote collaboration across regions and time zones.
• Grow strategic client relationships and manage escalations.
