HCSC is seeking an experienced strategist to help shape Medicare Advantage provider network initiatives. You will analyze network data from internal and external sources, support and lead major initiatives from inception to completion, and interact with senior leadership to align strategy with business goals.

You will collaborate across departments in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, build strong connections with teams, and translate insights into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting.
• Experience leading and formulating strategy with ability to build strong connections with teams.
• Work within a fast-paced, matrixed organization and manage multiple priorities while engaging corporate leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead short- and long-term Medicare Advantage provider network initiatives from inception to completion.
• Analyze network data using internal and external sources to prioritize initiatives and track progress.
