Job summary

Noridian Healthcare Solutions, LLC seeks a Director of Provider Audit and Reimbursement to lead the Provider Audit & Reimbursement department, strategize plans, and ensure efficient operations. This role oversees Medicare Cost Reporting and related activities, guiding staff with technical insights and regulatory knowledge.

The position requires strong leadership and experience in Medicare audits, with extensive collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders to meet contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a business field with at least 24 accounting credits or CPA; or 15+ years of significant Medicare Audit and Reimbursement management.
• 5 years’ Medicare Cost Report Audit and Reimbursement experience, 3 of which must be as a manager.
• Understanding of HIPAA and related regulations.
• Proven experience leading teams to achieve results and maintain efficiencies.
• Strong data analysis, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as key Personnel for Audit & Reimbursement under government, commercial, and/or private standards.
• Provides leadership and strategic direction for Audit teams and services.
• Leads by example, promotes teamwork and values.
• Ensures contractual obligations and performance standards are met.
• Coaches and develops staff and drives accountability and performance.
