Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience managing complex IT programs or portfolios.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Familiarity with IT governance, architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers and senior project managers to deliver a portfolio of IT projects.
• Align projects with strategic objectives and governance within the Solution Delivery framework.
• Manage staffing, vendor relationships, and interdependencies across initiatives.
• Drive efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement in project management practices.
