Barnes Group Inc. is seeking a Director, IT BRM for North America to own the technology relationship across 8–10 manufacturing sites, partnering with plant GMs and regional leaders to translate priorities into a coherent IT roadmap and orchestrate delivery through Barnes Aerospace’s global IT tower teams.

The role requires 10+ years of IT leadership in manufacturing or industrial operations, strong AI capability, and a track record of cross-functional influence to shape priorities and deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT leadership, manufacturing/aerospace/industrial ops preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own IT-to-business relationship for North America across 8–10 plants.
• Translate operational priorities into IT roadmaps and business cases.
• Collaborate with regional functions to align safety, quality, delivery, cost, growth, and compliance.
• Drive delivery through global IT towers: ERP, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Data & Analytics, AI & Automation.
• Lead issue escalation, service performance, and change readiness across sites.
