Job summary

Barnes Aerospace is seeking a Senior Director-level leader to own the IT-Business relationship across North America. You will partner with General Managers across 8–10 manufacturing plants to translate priorities into a coherent digital/IT roadmap and drive delivery through Barnes Aerospace's global IT towers.

The role emphasizes AI-driven decision support, multi-site coordination, and executive communication with regional leaders and IT leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Master's degree or MBA preferred.
ITIL, PMP, SCRUM, PRINCE2, Supply Chain, Planning and manufacturing systems certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

Owns North American IT relationship management across 8–10 manufacturing sites.
Translate business priorities into IT demand, roadmaps, business cases and execution plans.
Coordinate delivery through global IT towers: Enterprise Systems, Infrastructure & Operations, Cyber Security, Data & Analytics, AI & Automation.
Lead issue escalation, service performance, project delivery, adoption, and change readiness.
Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing operations via ERP, MES, data, automation, and secure infrastructure.
