Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales and sales leadership experience in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
• Experience leading second-line managers.
• Experience selling through and with distribution channel partners and building joint go-to-market motions.

• Lead all aspects of field sales activity across the U.S., creating a culture of accountability and execution excellence.
• Coach and develop five District Sales Managers to perform at their highest potential.
• Elevate sales efficiency with disciplined funnel management, forecast accuracy and CRM discipline.
