Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, NDD Business Development: Health Systems to drive strategic growth across priority health systems and academic medical centers. This remote role partners with diverse stakeholders to translate needs into commercial opportunities within neurology care pathways. Location: Remote - US based candidates only.

Compensation: $162,970 – $224,081 annually. Responsibilities include developing market plans, engaging stakeholders, qualifying opportunities, and collaborating

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, medical technology, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven success in developing complex healthcare opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with U.S. health systems or large integrated delivery networks is essential.
• Familiarity with neurology or related clinical areas is preferred, but rapid learning is acceptable.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen to translate needs into business cases.
• Excellent interpersonal and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market development plans for priority health systems and academic centers.
• Leverage existing relationships to engage a broad range of stakeholders.
• Assess customer needs across the care pathway to identify business opportunities.
• Connect customer needs with the company's capabilities and partner solutions.
• Qualify opportunities and collaborate with sales teams for execution.
• Engage teams for broader transformation and workflow redesign when necessary.
• Build relationships with thought leaders and maintain pipeline visibility.
