Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Director of GSI Partners for Cyber and Risk to own and scale the North America GSI partnership strategy. Lead a team of Partner Managers, build strong relationships with GSIs, and drive joint pipeline and revenue through aligned GTM motions.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales and Marketing to ensure coordinated partner delivery and create measurable impact. This remote role offers equity consideration and a comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years working at Cybersecurity vendors and with their GSI Partners.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing revenue-focused teams.
• Strong relationships with major GSIs and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of GSI Partner Managers.
• Develop strategy and target GSI Partners across North America.
• Drive joint GTM motions and pipeline generation with partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Service Leadership for co-sell success.
• Engage with executive leadership and track performance via QBRs.
