Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in a relevant policy/administration field with 6 years of related progression allowed in lieu of degree.
• Experience in legal, lobbying or government affairs roles with leadership responsibilities.
• Preferred experience in healthcare policy or health-related regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the government relations function for a regional market.
• Set government relations strategy with market leadership and coordinate with federal/state officials.
• Oversee legislative/regulatory analysis and policy development impacting operations.
• Cultivate relationships with government officials, external stakeholders and coalitions.
• Coordinate advocacy activities with trade associations and oversee lobbying efforts.
