Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other advanced degree.
• 7-10 years of experience in healthcare strategy execution.
• 7 years of experience with broad business knowledge across product, marketing, operations in regulated healthcare.
• 5 years in a leadership role with matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated program/product delivery, analytics and strategic problem solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Design and deliver multi-year insurance product strategy across Medicare/ACA/Medicaid.
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation ensuring timely, compliant launches.
• Administer portfolio across markets, navigating federal/state filings and regulatory mandates.
• Lead product performance management with targets and analytics to improve enrollment and cost management.
• Retire underperforming products and simplify portfolio with guardrails for design changes.
• Support sales with RFPs and training; drive portfolio reviews and strategy updates.
• Collaborate with actuarial, finance, and operations to optimize product performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
