Jobgether SRL is seeking a US-based USMA Director, Governance & Cross-Functional Operations to shape operating models spanning governance, contracting, and clinical drug supply. You will lead governance forums, drive organizational effectiveness, and align diverse stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes in a regulated, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare or other highly regulated industry.
• Transformation leadership in complex matrix organizations; consulting experience preferred.
• Experience designing and implementing cross-functional operating models and large-scale initiatives.
• Broad Medical Affairs knowledge: governance, contracting, vendor management, supply, quality, risk, audit readiness, and evidence generation.
• Ability to diagnose organizational challenges and translate findings into roles, processes, and systems.
• Strong program leadership across complex programs with clear value realization.
• Data synthesis from multiple sources to support executive decisions.
• Experience creating dashboards, trackers, capacity models, and governance mechanisms.
• AI and digital fluency demonstrated via certification, projects, or portfolio.
• Executive influence without direct authority in fast-moving, matrix environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong business judgment balancing speed, quality, compliance, and continuity.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cross-functional operating models spanning governance, contracting, and clinical drug supply.
• Lead governance framework development including risk, CAPA, and dashboards.
• Strengthen organizational effectiveness through role clarity, coaching, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Clinical Drug Supply teams to improve forecasting, planning, and supply continuity.
• Define transformation roadmaps, principles, and value measures across people, processes, and technology.
• Establish governance mechanisms, playbooks, frameworks, and enabling tools for scalable execution.
• Drive adoption across U.S., global, and delivery teams with stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate complex challenges into actionable plans.
• Promote responsible AI adoption and digital workflow tools to improve efficiency.
• Foster continuous improvement and value realization across transformations.
