Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, technology, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or regulated industry.
Proven experience leading strategy, transformation, and capability development in a complex matrix environment.
Experience designing and implementing large-scale transformation with sustained adoption.

Responsibilities

Design cross-functional operating models across Medical Governance, contracting, and drug supply.
Translate strategy into executable plans with governance, milestones, and dependencies.
Lead governance frameworks, risk oversight, and performance dashboards.
Develop and refine operating standards for intake, prioritization, and handoffs.
Drive adoption of AI, analytics, and digital tools to improve decisions and efficiency.
