Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field required.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in program management or related areas.
• Experience building and leading global PMOs, governance frameworks, KPI systems, and dashboards.
• Proven ability to transform organizations and drive change in a matrixed global environment.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of ~30 across regions.
• Establish and run Global Supplier Transfer PMO with execution discipline.
• Drive organizational transformation and operating model development.
• Develop talent, succession planning, and leadership coaching.
• Create scalable supplier transfer processes, governance, and reporting.
• Own portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Oversee end-to-end supplier transfer programs through readiness and stabilization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Regulatory, Operations, and Product Management functions.
• Champion Lean, digitization, and automation to improve performance.
