Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, supply chain, operations, business or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in program management, sourcing, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or transformation organizations.
• Experience building PMOs, governance frameworks, KPI systems, and executive dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of ~30 professionals across regions.
• Establish and lead the Global Supplier Transfer PMO and drive execution excellence.
• Drive organizational transformation, capability building, and operating model development.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership coaching.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent
