Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior compliance leader to design and operate a global compliance program. You will drive enterprise risk management, privacy, AI governance, and anti‑bribery controls across North America, India, and other regions.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to scale programs in a private equity backed or high-growth tech environment. Hybrid or remote options within the US are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Information Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in regulatory compliance, risk management, corporate governance or related discipline; minimum 3 years in leadership.
• Experience managing multi‑jurisdictional programs across NA and India.
• Knowledge of GDPR, PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25, and US state privacy laws.
• Experience with ABAC/FCPA and corporate entity governance.
• Experience owning or leading SOC 2, ISO 27001 audits/attestations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder influencing skills.
• JD or certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CCEP, CRCM, or CISA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee the organization's global compliance framework.
• Lead governance and regulatory readiness across jurisdictions.
• Oversee privacy compliance including GDPR and US.state laws.
• Develop anti-bribery and ethics programs and related controls.
• Coordinate audits and attestations (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Embed governance into business operations and growth.
