Job summary

Jobgether partner in the United States seeks a Compliance Supervisor to lead a centralized national team responsible for audit readiness, regulatory compliance, risk management, licensing administration, and operational controls within post-closing services. This role is fully remote across the United States.

You will oversee audits, regulatory inquiries, fraud prevention activities, licensing, and complex customer escalations, coordinating with Legal, Risk, and Operations to drive corrective

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in title, escrow, settlement services, mortgage operations, compliance, audit, or risk management.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of post-closing operations, title, escrow, settlement processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating audits and responding to regulatory inquiries with documented corrective actions.
• Knowledge of FinCEN, OFAC, FIRPTA, licensing, notary requirements, and related risk controls.
• Ability to coach teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Audit & Compliance team members with performance standards.
• Coordinate internal and external audits; monitor findings and track corrective actions.
• Oversee licensing requirements and notary renewals across jurisdictions.
• Lead risk management, fraud prevention, and related compliance processes.
• Collaborate to implement new processes, tech solutions, and regulatory changes.
• Manage regulatory filings, responses, and documentation governance.
• Oversee centralized customer support escalations and service quality.
• Develop SOPs, QA controls, and reporting dashboards for monitoring trends.
