Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, office support, or operational coordination environment.
• Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven professional environment.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming compliance requests and ticket queue, prioritizing and tracking to completion.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely handling.
• Coordinate recurring client reporting activities per client specifications.
• Maintain governance, risk, and compliance records and supporting evidence.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accessible, and audit-ready for reviews and client requests.
• Support data and documentation improvement projects and update processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues before they affect service delivery.
• Provide administrative support to compliance professionals to enable focus on assessments.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve requests.
• Contribute to process improvements for documentation quality and reporting accuracy.
• Perform other administrative and compliance-related duties as assigned.
