Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a Director, People Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to global technology leadership. You will shape organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership capability, while partnering with COEs to deliver integrated people strategies.

This role focuses on inclusive culture, executive coaching, and data-driven HR initiatives across a remote global organization. With 10+ years of HR experience and at least 5 in senior HRBP roles, you will influence pay equity,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; master’s or HR certification preferred.
• 10+ years HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP or leadership role.
• Experience supporting senior executives in a complex, fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategy to business objectives.
• Proven track record in change management, organizational design, and talent strategy.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with senior executives to develop and implement workforce strategies.
• Serve as trusted advisor on talent management, workforce planning, and change leadership.
• Utilize data and analytics to guide decision-making and measure HR impact.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify and develop top talent and leadership pipelines.
• Drive inclusion and belonging strategies to strengthen culture.
• Guide leaders in fostering a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Monitor employee engagement trends and develop action plans to enhance experience.
• Provide strategic Employee Relations oversight and coaching to senior leaders.
• Advise on performance management and pay equity with Compensation partners.
• Lead and develop a high-performing HRBP team and ensure best practices across processes.
