Qualifications

• Experience improving payroll governance, operating models, systems, vendors, or processes.
• Leadership in multi-country/global payroll transformation initiatives.
• Credentials such as CPP, Global Payroll Management Certificate, PMP, Lean/Six Sigma are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a global payroll governance and control framework with clear reporting.
• Define future-state operating model for global payroll with responsibilities and service expectations.
• Lead initiatives to reduce fragmentation and automate payroll processes where appropriate.
• Build documentation and governance for transaction readiness and risk management.
• Provide strategic leadership to the payroll function and partner with senior leadership.
