Beacon Biosignals seeks a seasoned Logistics & Demand Planning Director to lead end-to-end forecasting, capacity alignment, and data-driven supply decisions across Life Sciences and Diagnostics. This 100% remote role supports the U.S.

with optional in-person hubs in Boston, New York, and Paris, focusing on patient availability while optimizing cost and efficiency. You will own the unconstrained demand plan, lead Demand Review, drive capacity modeling, and govern S&OP, inventory strategy,

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device supply chain experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong regulatory knowledge of GxP/GDP and regulated distribution networks.
• Demonstrated S&OP leadership across functions.
• Proficiency with forecasting tools and analytics platforms.

Responsabilités

• Own the unconstrained demand plan for Life Sciences and Diagnostics products.
• Lead monthly Demand Review and cross-functional consensus.
• Manage global capacity modeling across distribution centers, 3PLs, packaging sites, and transport lanes.
• Govern the S&OP process and reconcile demand with supply for executive decisions.
• Oversee inventory positioning, replenishment frequency, and transfer strategies.
• Build dashboards and KPIs to monitor forecast reliability and service levels.
• Partner with Life Sciences, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and Diagnostic teams.
• Identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance across planning and logistics.
