Ladders is seeking a Director Global Lifestyle F&B, Implementation and Performance to lead deployment and operational performance of food and beverage programs across a lifestyle-focused portfolio. You’ll partner with franchise and managed property teams to operationalize concepts, drive openings readiness, and translate performance data into action plans for improved outlet results.

This remote role is US-based with onsite NYC travel as needed.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in food and beverage operations.
• 5+ years in multi-unit or multi-brand F&B or brand operations roles.
• Experience leading or contributing to at least 5 hotel or major restaurant openings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional hospitality projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 45% domestically and internationally.
• Onsite schedule in New York City office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deployment and operational optimization of food and beverage programs across the lifestyle portfolio.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for franchise and managed property partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and analyze key performance indicators.
• Develop and improve openings process resources and training materials.
• Own the operationalization of new and existing food and beverage concepts and programs.
• Identify underperforming outlets and develop strategic action plans.
• Lead food and beverage operational support for priority openings and transitions.
