Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director Global Lifestyle F&B, Implementation and Performance to lead deployment and operational performance of food and beverage programs across a lifestyle-focused portfolio. You’ll partner with franchise and managed property teams to operationalize concepts, drive openings readiness, and translate performance data into action plans for improved outlet results.

This remote role is US-based with onsite NYC travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in food and beverage operations.
• 5+ years in multi-unit or multi-brand F&B or brand operations roles.
• Experience leading or contributing to at least 5 hotel or major restaurant openings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional hospitality projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 45% domestically and internationally.
• Onsite schedule in New York City office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Suite.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director Global Lifestyle F&B, Implementation and Performance to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space.

This leader will oversee the deployment and operational performance of food and beverage programs across a lifestyle-focused portfolio, with an emphasis on opening readiness, consistency, and continuous improvement. The role will partner closely with franchise and managed property teams to operationalize new and existing concepts while strengthening execution across multiple properties. It will also help translate performance data into action plans that improve outlet results and support successful transitions and openings.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $175,000 annually
