Job summary

Edged is looking for a Director, Deal Execution & Legal to support complex business transactions for its data center infrastructure globally. This role involves joint venture formations, real estate acquisitions, and execution of multimillion-dollar deals.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in real estate and data center leasing, strong negotiation skills, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Barred in at least one U.S. State or District of Columbia.
• 7–12 years of experience in transactional work related to real estate or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support structuring and negotiation of joint ventures and partnerships.
• Support negotiation of hyperscale data center leases.
• Manage outside counsel across multiple jurisdictions.

Skills

Self-starter with exceptional judgment

Hands-on experience negotiating agreements

Familiarity with institutional capital structures

High emotional intelligence

Ability to manage outside counsel effectively

Education

JD from accredited law school
