Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in transactional work related to energy or power generation.
• Experience with microgrids or renewable energy is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage outside counsel and handle complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Support structuring and negotiation of energy joint ventures and partnerships.
• Advise on negotiation of PPA and equipment supply agreements.
• Conduct due diligence on partners and manage deal execution.
