Ladders is seeking a Director, Global Forecasting to join a leading Pharmaceuticals & Biotech company. You will lead long-range forecasting and portfolio analyses that inform strategic decisions across the organization, partnering with clinical, commercial, and senior leadership to align assumptions and evaluate pipeline opportunities.

This remote US-based role requires deep analytical rigor, cross-functional influence, and the ability to translate complex market dynamics into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech or strategic consulting roles.
• 6+ years in analytics and forecasting, specifically in oncology products.
• Proven ability to influence senior management and key business partners.
• Experience supporting pipeline and portfolio decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term forecast models for the company's products.
• Provide portfolio-level analyses to support organizational decision-making.
• Communicate and align key stakeholders around forecast assumptions.
