Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. in the United States is seeking a Director to lead global clinical process management within GCO, ensuring processes, standards, and documents are efficient, compliant, and scalable across regions.

You will serve as a liaison between GCO Regional Heads, Global Process Owners, and cross-functional partners to support process development, adoption, and training, while mentoring associates to build capability in global process leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, science/healthcare discipline preferred.
• Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 8+ years in pharma/biotech with clinical operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead global clinical process management activities within GCO.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned GCO processes and SOPs.
• Develop and revise procedural content with stakeholders.
• Lead process reviews, change management, and training materials.
• Mentor Associate Directors to strengthen capability in process leadership.
