BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a Director, GCO Program Lead (GCPL) to provide strategic operational leadership across globally designated programs.

The role requires extensive experience in clinical operations, program design, and multi-region trial management, with the ability to lead in a fast-paced, matrix environment. This remote US-based position offers senior leadership responsibilities, budget accountability, and mentorship for gCSMs, with travel as needed and a commitment to advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline with 10+ years’ experience in clinical trials.
• Proven leadership of global program teams and budget management.
• Experience in multi-region clinical operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global gCSMs in designated programs and mentor the team.
• Oversee annual program budget, resources, and milestones.
• Collaborate with GCPLs to set program strategy, governance standards and KPIs.
• Provide clinical operations insights to drive trial execution and issue resolution.
• Escalate and resolve compound-related issues across programs.
