Job summary

BeOne Medicines is seeking a GCO Program Lead with deep therapeutic area expertise to steer strategic operational planning and clinical operational performance for designated programs. You will lead gCSMs worldwide, mentor staff, and partner with Franchise Heads to drive disease/asset strategy and execution excellence across time zones.

The role requires global leadership, robust program management, and a strong regulatory and ICH/GCP background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• 10+ years' experience in clinical trial industry.
• Experience in people management and program management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the gCSM team and provide mentorship to direct and indirect reports.
• Oversee program budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Franchise Head and GCPLs to drive program strategy and execution.
• Provide clinical operations insights to ensure excellence in execution.
