Job summary

BeOne Medicines is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Program and Study Management (P&SM) function, driving operational excellence and strategic execution across global clinical studies.

In this role, you will shape P&SM strategy, lead cross-functional teams, optimize processes, ensure patient safety and data integrity, and partner with senior management to deliver oncology programs that advance BeOne’s mission while ensuring compliance with ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements, mentoring

Qualifications

• Fluent written and verbal English.
• BS or higher in life sciences with 10+ years in clinical or drug development.
• Minimum 8 years of project management and/or clinical monitoring/start-up experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Responsibilities

• Oversee business operations of the P&SM function, driving operational excellence and process improvement.
• Shape the P&SM strategy and lead functional management activities across global teams.
• Identify optimization opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align global studies.
