American Red Cross seeks a Fundraising Communications & Enablement Director in a fully remote role anywhere in the USA. You will provide strategic leadership for fundraising messaging, case development, and donor engagement aligned with growth objectives.

You will lead a team, partner with executives, and drive innovative donor-focused strategies while overseeing content, media relations, and cross-department collaboration to maximize fundraising impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 5 years of management experience required.
• Travel may be required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop comprehensive fundraising communications plans.
• Manage and mentor a team of communications professionals.
• Partner with senior executives to ensure consistent messaging across initiatives.
