The American Red Cross seeks a professional, innovative, and enthusiastic Fundraising Communications & Enablement Director. This fully remote role can be located anywhere in the USA, offering leadership over fundraising messaging, content, and campaigns.

You will lead a team of communications professionals, partner with executives, and drive donor engagement across regional and national initiatives, delivering strategic storytelling and measurable outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of management experience.
• Travel may be required.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop comprehensive communications plans for fundraising initiatives.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of communications professionals.
• Partner with senior executives to ensure consistent messaging across initiatives.
