Location is remote in the United States; compensation ranges from $174,000 to $204,000 annually. A strong background in CPG, P&L, and franchise networks is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Management; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in a CPG organization with P&L responsibility.
• Experience as a business partner with bottler or manufacturing operations in food and beverage.
• Proven track record in annual business planning and revenue growth.
• Strong relationship-building and strategic leadership skills.
• Understanding of channel marketing and competitive analysis.
• Distribution center knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly and monthly performance metrics for revenue and transactions.
• Monitor execution objectives and adjust plans as needed.
• Execute commercial strategies with franchise partners for local markets.
• Collaborate on contingency plans to meet annual business goals.
• Standardize capability-building approaches based on bottler segmentation.
• Assess local bottler capabilities and develop improvement plans.
• Coordinate training and processes to achieve business objectives.
