Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise Pharmacy Footprint Strategy for growth, efficiency and cost control.
• Lead capacity planning and utilization strategies to support current and future business needs.
• Drive network design, scenario modeling and business-case development for strategic decisions.
• Provide strategic oversight for real estate planning, facilities investments and site strategy.
• Establish and advance analytics capabilities and governance for the network.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Pharmacy Operations, Finance, Real Estate and Logistics to translate priorities into network strategies.
• Influence executives through data-driven recommendations and long-term planning.
• Lead and develop a team of network planning, design, and analytics professionals.
• Translate complex operational challenges into scalable enterprise solutions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making at senior leadership level.
