Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare, PBM, or managed care consulting.
• 5+ years driving strategic initiatives and client-focused solutions.
• Expertise in specialty pharmacy products, programs and trends.
• Experience advising executives and large healthcare clients.
• Understanding of specialty drug management and reimbursement models.
• Leadership of cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong presentation and relationships with executives.
• Analytical and financial acumen to translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year specialty pharmacy strategic plan for HealthTrust.
• Serve as the primary specialty pharmacy SME and strategic advisor to leadership.
• Act as liaison between HealthTrust, Optum Specialty, and internal teams.
• Identify, assess, and recommend specialty solutions improving outcomes and costs.
• Advocate for client priorities with product and business leaders.
• Influence product strategy and roadmap based on evolving needs.
• Oversee performance of specialty services for HealthTrust.
• Monitor trends, biosimilars, gene therapies and regulatory developments.
• Lead executive-level discussions and client presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement and differentiating initiatives.
