Bring 12+ years in transportation/logistics with leadership experience across multi-site operations, plus strong carrier management and analytical skills. Remote work with ~15% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive transportation/logistics experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing multi-site operations.
• Experience managing large budgets and vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for US first and middle mile transportation operations.
• Lead and mentor a ~20-person transportation team.
• Own a transportation budget of ~ $200M and drive cost efficiency.
• Drive network optimization, routing, and capacity planning initiatives.
• Ensure transport excellence across the national network.
• Lead carrier sourcing, RFPs, contracts, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network flow.
• Establish governance standards and best practices.
• Oversee onboarding, network transitions, and carrier integrations.
• Leverage TMS and analytics to improve performance.
