Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 12+ years in transportation/logistics with leadership experience.
• Proven track record managing large budgets and multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for US first and middle mile transportation operations across manufacturing sites, cross docks, and replenishment centers.
• Lead, develop and mentor a ~20-person transportation team.
• Own and manage a ~$200M transportation budget for cost efficiency and service.
• Drive network optimization for routing, capacity, service, and cost-to-serve.
• Lead procurement, carrier sourcing, RFPs, negotiations and vendor management.
• Manage relationships with 100+ carrier partners and ensure performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network flow and strategy.
• Establish transportation policies, governance, and best practices.
• Oversee onboarding, transitions and carrier integrations.
• Utilize TMS and analytics to improve decision-making.
