Qualifications

• Experience managing large budgets (e.g., $100M+).
• Expertise in carrier management, contract negotiation, and relationships.
• Strong data analysis and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Experience with route optimization technologies and TMS.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel ~15% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for U.S. first/middle mile transportation across sites.
• Lead and mentor a team of ~20 transportation professionals.
• Own a transportation budget of ~ $200M, drive cost efficiency and on-time performance.
• Drive network optimization, routing efficiency, and cost-to-serve reduction.
• Oversee transportation procurement including RFPs and vendor mgmt.
• Manage relationships with 100+ carrier partners and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network flow.
