You will drive cost efficiency, service excellence, and on-time performance while collaborating with internal teams and carrier partners.

The role requires strategic leadership, budget accountability, and extensive carrier management experience. Travel ~15% domestically and remote work options may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 12+ years in transportation/logistics with leadership in multi-site environments.
• Proven track record managing large transportation budgets and delivering cost savings.
• Experience with carrier management, contract negotiations, and relationship building.
• Strong analytical skills and use of performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for U.S. first and middle mile transportation operations across sites.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of ~20 professionals.
• Own and manage a transportation budget of ~$200M.
• Drive network optimization initiatives for routing, capacity, service, and cost-to-serve.
