The candidate will oversee a team of engineers, drive modernization, and ensure on-time delivery of initiatives while maintaining high security and reliability across cloud, private cloud, and hybrid environments.

The role emphasizes mentorship, governance, and collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to align networking capabilities with evolving needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of professional networking experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, resiliency design, SRE, security, observability, and performance optimization.
• Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) and FedRAMP/NIST frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the network services strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and modernization initiatives.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to a team of network engineers.
• Ensure delivery of network initiatives within timelines and budgets.
• Monitor service performance and drive improvements in reliability, security, and customer experience.
