Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading and developing teams of high-performing engineering professionals in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of modern enterprise networking architectures, resiliency design, SRE, security, observability, and performance optimization.
• Practical experience with public, private, and hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and cloud networking; familiarity with FedRAMP and NIST frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop the network strategy and roadmap aligned to business and technology objectives.
• Provide direction and manage work assignments for Network Operations, Engineering, and Architecture teams.
• Ensure network services projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
• Monitor network SLAs and improve service delivery performance.
• Champion automation, Agile, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code practices for network services.
• Lead evolution of network technologies to support cloud-first strategies.
• Establish repeatable processes, standards, governance, and best practices for high-quality network services.
• Partner with stakeholders to align capabilities with business requirements.
• Develop talent through coaching, mentoring, and workforce planning.
