Job summary

Airalo, the world’s first eSIM store, seeks a Director of Enterprise IT to build and lead a new IT function overseeing our IT estate and core business systems. You will own the ERP platform from implementation into steady state and lead an established IT Operations team.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in IT or enterprise applications in a scaling business.
• Hands-on ERP implementation and management, plus strong IT controls and audit experience.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Operations, service desk, endpoint management, and identity/SSO as a single control point.
• Own ERP configuration, integration, change control, and vendor management.
• Build the Enterprise Applications team and define the roadmap for corporate systems.
